     What is sleep deprivation? It’s self explanatory; it’s not getting the right amount of sleep each night. Is sleep deprivation the same as insomnia? It is said to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine. Those three things will mess up your normal sleeping pattern. In a study it said that sleep deprivation can lead to new respiratory illnesses.
